CUSTOM PATCHES

Have your choice of three types of custom patches. Typically, we only decorate hats with patches, but in some cases it is possible to apply patches to other wearable items as well, depending on the item and type of patch. 
 

 

  • Embroidered patches: Get even more detail out of embroidery by decorating with embroidered patches. Some limitations apply (small text, etc) but generally speaking, embroidered patches achieve details even more perfectly. All embroidered patches include a merrowed edge (embroidery surrounding the outside edge of the patch). Embroidered patches are made for us by a specialist and usually take about 4-6 weeks to arrive. Minimum order 50 patches with this option. Made in the USA!

  • Sublimated (digital print) patches: Include EVERY detail by using digitally printed patches. Virtually "anything goes" with sublimated patches. All sublimated patches include a merrowed edge (embroidery surrounding the outside edge of the patch). Sublimated patches are made for us by a specialist and usually take about 4-6 weeks to arrive. Minimum order 50 patches with this option. Let your creativity flow with these highly detailed patches!

  • Leatherette patches: Extremely popular and featuring unbelievable detail, faux leather patches are a great option. Designs are laser-etched & outer edge is laser-cut for a high-quality, ultra-clean look. Leatherette patches are made for us by a specialist and usually take about 1-3 weeks to arrive. Minimum order 25 patches with this option. A nice variety of color options available with leatherette too. Minimum 25 pieces per color. Made in the USA!

Please note that all patches are sourced from third-party specialist vendors, and so have a minimum order amount and also a lead time. See details for each patch type above. Decoration is done in-house. We only source from top quality suppliers, and local / USA made suppliers whenever possible.
