Occasionally we can't source a specific blank item through our suppliers. In these cases, we may allow decorating Customer Provided Garments (CPGs) — but only after careful review, and only for qualified clients.

Decorating CPGs carries risk. If something goes wrong, we cannot replace or reimburse damaged items — no exceptions. When we supply the item, we simply re-order and redo. That’s why we always recommend sourcing through us when possible.

How do I get started to my clothing items decorated?

We'll have you complete a very quick application form, which the production manager will review and make sure we feel confident decorating your items.

After review & approval you will receive an e-mail with a link to your Official Quote.
All project quotes must be approved & paid in full for work to begin.
Art proofs & mockups are started after payment is received.

Why We Discourage CPG Projects

While we’re happy to help when needed, decorating CPGs presents several challenges:

Unusual fabrics, seams, zippers, or existing logos may interfere with decoration quality or longevity.
If your item is ruined, it’s gone.
We must photograph every garment style and spend more time creating mockups and prepping for production.
These extra steps increase pricing.

Items sourced through us are decoration-ready, and we know how to work with them for the best results at the lowest cost.
